【工作內容】我們正在尋找一位 LLM Engineer，負責打造與維運企業內部使用的專用 LLM。此角色將專注於資料準備、模型訓練、測試、評估與調教，讓模型在特定領域與實際業務場景中穩定、可控地運作，支援內部 AI Assistant 與 Agentic AI 系統。準備與維護模型訓練資料，包含資料清理、結構化與 Synthetic Data Generation 執行 LLM Fine-tuning / Instruction Tuning，並進行模型版本管理規劃並執行模型測試與評估（品質、穩定度、效能），持續調整模型行為負責 LLM 部署與推理 (Inference) 設定，確保模型在內部環境中可穩定使用與 AI Assistant / Agent 團隊合作，根據實際使用回饋進行模型調教與優化【工作地點】竹北/中科【條件要求】學歷要求：碩士科系要求：資訊工程相關 │ 資訊管理相關相關經驗：3年以上語言能力：英文中級管理責任：No輪班需求：No出差需求：無其他條件：• 良好的 Python 開發能力與 ML / Deep Learning 基礎• LLM 微調（Fine-tuning / Instruction Tuning）的實務經驗• 熟悉 Transformer、Tokenization、Embedding 等 LLM 基本原理• 資料處理、資料生成與模型評估的實作經驗• 能理解業務需求，將其轉換為可訓練、可驗證的模型調整方案• 具備良好的問題分析能力與跨團隊溝通合作經驗
