We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Burlington. This role is ideal for someone with an OTL, RIBO (willing to switch to OTL), or LLQP license who is passionate about helping clients manage risk while achieving financial goals.
You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus commissions on every policy sold, with on-target earnings exceeding $75K in the first year.

$55,000 Base Salary + Commission (OTE $75K+ in Year 1)

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and present insurance products to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Reach and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Accurately complete paperwork and meet deadlines.
• Stay informed on insurance products and how they meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have OTL, RIBO (open to switching to OTL), or LLQP license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
