Requirements • Active Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED Preferred: • Outpatient behavioral health experience • Individual counseling experience • Group counseling experience • Experience serving children, adults, and families • Community mental health experience Ideal Candidate: • Values collaborative care • Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan • Interested in community-based behavioral health • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
