LMS Specialist _ Hybrid Mode (Work form Bangalore office) Support and enhance learning operations through LMS management, technical troubleshooting, and project reporting to enable effective training delivery and stakeholder engagement. Duties/Responsibilities: Learner Engagement – Serve as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the enablement journey. Understand learner’s requirements and enable them to achieve certification. Platform Maintenance – Lead, Maintain the learning management platform (backend configurations) for the launch of new training and supporting existing training offerings. Support Management – Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to learners undergoing training. Escalate critical issues to senior management, as necessary. Communicate training status, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders. Learner Success – Comes with a learner-first mindset to enable learners to achieve certification. Gather and analyze learner feedback to identify areas for improvement. Establish a feedback loop with the training design team and contribute to the development and refinement of training content and strategies. Reporting – Leverage large training datasets to uncover insights, build automated dashboards and reports, and optimize compliance and adoption metrics for business leaders. Team Player – Foster a collaborative environment and encourage open communication within the learning team. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation. Extensive experience in training and technical enablement, including LMS administration, content management, and familiarity with learning content libraries. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Jira or similar ticketing systems. Skilled in reporting and analytics, including data interpretation, dashboard creation, and report automation. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate across teams, coordinate projects, and ensure training compliance and adoption. Demonstrated adaptability and composure when operating in high-paced or dynamic environments. Education and Experience: Undergraduate or Postgraduate or Engineering in Computer Science ONLY. 0- 1 year of related experience required.
