Job Title LMS Technical Administrator (Cornerstone) Job Description The position ensures that the LMS and related tools operate effectively, remain compliant, and continuously evolve to meet organizational learning needs. It bridges technology, compliance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities System Validation & Compliance: Lead and execute validation processes for LMS updates, ensuring all changes meet regulatory and organizational standards. Impact Analysis & Testing: Assess how system changes affect administrative workflows and interfaces, and create test scripts to guarantee smooth functionality. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement features that enhance learner experience and business efficiency, while maintaining compliance. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with IT, product owners, and stakeholders to plan enhancements, resolve technical issues, and mentor LMS administrators. Incident Management: Handle service requests and incidents (e.g., via ServiceNow), ensuring timely resolution and knowledge sharing. Innovation & Learning: Stay updated on LMS trends, instructional design methods, and compliance requirements to drive improvements. You’re the right fit if: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration, Training Administration in a highly regulated industry or equivalent. You are proficient in Cornerstone LMS administration with extensive hands-on experience and strong knowledge of LMS Administration processes - Mandatory You have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex LMS challenges. You have experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) , IQ/OQ/PQ,, release management, test scripts. You communicate effectively in professional-level English (speaking and writing), able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You have excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
