    Our client is seeking a Capability Development Specialist and learning partner to lead the full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and programme management, driving impactful learning solutions that build capabilities and support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end Learning Needs Analysis (LNA / TNA / capability or competency gap analysis) and implementing targeted learning solutions, ideally within tech-driven or large-scale organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and learning partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning outcomes.
  • Proven experience in curriculum and programme management, including curriculum design and delivery in partnership with business units.
  • Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., ACLP or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Team player, excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
    Position and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-end-end full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA / TNA / capability or competency gap analysis), conduct gap assessments, design training solutions, plan rollout, and execute effectively, ensuring learning interventions are fully materialised.
  • Learning partner support to work closely with business units to identify training needs, recommend suitable vendors, and support programme implementation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for business leaders on training-related matters.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-develop structured learning pathways and competency frameworks across technical and professional domains.
  • Design and manage curriculum programmes in collaboration with business partners, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Support the governance of learning initiatives, including establishing frameworks, facilitating discussions, and driving workplans.
  • Facilitate in-house training sessions and lead organisation-wide learning initiatives (e.g., capability-building events or learning festivals).
  • Regularly review program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
