BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, LNA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout Wyndham County VT and Cheshire and Sullivan counties in NH. As an LNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. A Licensed Nurse Aide must: Have at least one year of work experience Must be listed on the VT/NH Aide Registry, active and in good standing. Responsibilities

The Licensed Nurse Aide will provide home health aide services, including assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers for hospice clients. Responsibilities also include monitoring vital signs and assisting with ambulation and medication.
