As we prepare to open our new short-term rehabilitation unit, we are looking for caring and motivated LNAs to join our team. In addition to standard LNA duties, you will: · Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift · Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care · Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met · Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards · Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect · Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level Requirements Must be at least 18 Must have High school graduate or GED Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap
