Description Join Our Caring, Mission-Driven Team! Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our dedicated care team. Part time openings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. We provide a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are truly known, respected, and cared for according to their individual needs. Competitive Pay; · Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience · Base + 11-7 Shift Differential $2.00 during the weekday and $3.00 during the weekend Be part of a team where your skills and dedication truly make a difference. In addition to standard LNA duties, you will; · Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift · Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care · Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met · Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards · Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect · Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level Requirements Must be at least 18 Must have High school graduate or GED Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap
