ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking motivated and experienced LO & LF Operators to join our teams in one of our DCs in Sydney’s western suburbs. These are full-time, permanent roles and will see you play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our busy facilities. Monday to Friday AM shifts available, along with occasional overtime on offer.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Operating forklifts and/or order pickers in a safe and competent manner
• Receive, unload, sort, stack and put away inventory in an organised and efficient manner
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders
• Manual handling - must be able to lift up to 25kgs comfortably from time to time
• Adhere to all WHS processes and procedures at all times
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and organisation in the warehouse
• Assist with monitoring inventory and cycle counts
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What we’re looking for: We are looking for people who enjoy what they do and who bring a proactive and positive approach to their work. You will enjoy working as part of a team while still being able stay focused and work independently when required.

• Solid experience in a similar role operating a high reach forklift or LO machine in a fast paced environment
• LF / LO license and demonstrated competency in operating MHE (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to your work
• A strong focus on workplace health and safety
