Description · Significantly improve the overall safety and service performance for the customer and Acme in the assigned areas. · Communicate and develop relationships with client supervisors, crew leads, and HSE teams · Hold tailgate safety meeting (all trucks – Acme’s or others – will attend) before each set of trucks proceed to a job site. · Ensure all drivers have their PPE, required credentials and understand their responsibilities, · Verify all required client site specific training is completed and up to date. · In charge at all times whether at a well site and/or on customer location. · Be single point of contact for the customer or assign one when leaving the site. · Set staging location and manage truck flow to meet customer requirements. · Coordinate his activities with the job site supervisor in the area. · Report any and all safety violations including but not limited to equipment or driver non-compliance. · Oversee safe and proper loading, escorting, transporting and unloading of over-sized loads. · Obtain accurate measurements of over-height loads once loaded. · Review the route with the driver of any over-size load prior to the movement to insure that the driver understands the proper route according to the issued permit. · Complete and submit pusher reports within 24 hours of completion of load out. · Inspect equipment as requested. · Ensure ground guides are used during all backing events, including bobtails. · Ensure 3rd party Acme signs on tractors are installed correctly and removed when the run is completed. Requirements Completion of High School Must be able to work in a team setting Must be a self motivated Adhere to all safety standards Knowledgeable in basic computer skills.
