Role Overview The Loadbank Field Service Technician role will operate, maintain and repair loadbank equipment on a mission critical site in Ellendale, ND. Adhering to all safety, quality standards of the company. Providing daily updates and reporting as requested. Key Responsibilities: * Embrace a company Culture that is Safety conscious and Customer focused on * delivering excellence. * Adhere to the safety program and procedures that keep our coworkers, customers * and those around us safe always. * Follow the companies Quality management system that includes processes and * procedures to deliver the best quality equipment and services we can. * Troubleshoot and repair equipment. * In the field technician service on customers sites. * Represent Patriot Power Services and demonstrate to customers our * professionalism and expertise as leaders in the industry. * Collaborate with other team members to execute goals and objectives. * Other responsibilities as assigned * Continuously improve, learn and adapt to the changing environment of a customer * focused rental and management startup business. Job Description Preferred Skills: * Load bank, generator, or other equipment repair work preferred. * Electrical training preferred * Troubleshooting skills preferred * Schematic reading skills preferred * Field technician work a plus * Data center or Commissioning knowledge a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
