Job Description Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: 6am - 2pm + OT Responsible for palletizing cases of chicken products and loading the pallets into trailers Product is sorted by code, pre-price, and master order number Verification of quantity and product code is performed by using a scanning gun held over the product code on each box Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements Qualifications Good communication, interpersonal skills, and work well with others Read and write numbers, math skills, communication skills and ability to identify problems with labels, scan guns, rider pallet jacks, and forklifts Able to work in 28ºF cold environment Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor Must be able to show computer knowledge to deal with incoming and outgoing trucks Must be able to life 65+ LBS Maintain management standards.
