Job Description Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: 10:00pm- 6:00 am + OT (Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Responsible for palletizing cases of chicken products and loading the pallets into trailers Product is sorted by code, pre-price, and master order number Verification of quantity and product code is performed by using a scanning gun held over the product code on each box Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements Qualifications Must be able to read and write in English Read and write numbers, math skills, communication skills and ability to identify problems with labels, scan guns, rider pallet jacks, and forklifts Able to work in 28ºF cold environment Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor Must be able to show computer knowledge to deal with incoming and outgoing trucks Maintain management standards. Capable of passing Power Industrial Truck licensing as well operating this heavy machinery Must have full understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out program and be capable of passing LOTO training Must be able to life 65+ LBS Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
