Loader Operator - Log Grab (Day & Afternoon Shifts available)

ATTRACTIVE ROSTER STRUCTURES

We’re currently seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our team in Colac. These are permanent full-time roles with two roster options available:

• Day Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off (10-12-hour shifts)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday (38 hours per week with attractive shift loadings)

As a Loader Operator, you’ll be responsible for unloading log trucks, operating loading equipment, and ensuring a steady supply of logs. It’s a hands-on role that suits someone with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on safety.
We’re after individuals who can communicate well, work reliably within a team, and maintain a calm, positive approach during busy periods.
