MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• A strong safety mindset
• Ability to and previous experience operating mobile equipment.
• Equipment Operator certification will be considered an asset.
• The ability to complete online and paper forms or basic checklists.
• You are adaptable to changes in work schedule and tasks as required.
• You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an industrial environment will be considered an asset.
• You are a strong communicator.
• Good mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.
• Level 3 First Aid Certification would be considered an asset.

• Operate a variety of mobile equipment and tools related to production and or maintenance.
• Working with the plant operator to optimize fibre moving from storage piles to the plant for storage and the production process.
• Ensure the highest level of safety standards, including compliance with all applicable government regulations and corporate policies.
• Perform cleaning tasks and projects inside and outside of equipment daily and as assigned by your supervisor.
• Report safety incidents and or infractions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality control.
