About us K92 Mining Limited are the owners the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Eastern Highlands Province. Since commencing operations in 2016, we have delivered consistent production growth. About the role Responsible for operating the Underground Loader in a safe and appropriate manner to carry out earth moving task as directed by the shift supervisor for general operations. Key / Major Accountabilities Key accountabilities of this position include. * Safely operate Loader as part of underground work plan pre task jobs. * Bogging of development headings to stockpiles and haul trucks * Conduct regular equipment inspections and report faults * Perform roadworks and manage spillage and sump bogging * Maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance * Identify and escalate opportunities for operational efficiency * Demonstrate strong safety leadership and environmental awareness. About You To be considered for this role, it is essential that you must obtain a minimum qualification of Grade 10 or above with experience in operating underground boggers or teleremotes or similar models. In addition to this, you will have some or all the following. * Must have underground experience with a minimum of 12 months on the bogger, tele remote. * Possess current Class 7 driver’s license. * Must have operating certificate. * Ability to work with close supervision. * Must have Underground Mining experience. * Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines. * Strong active listening & interpersonal skills for rapport building, conflict resolution & training. * Actively promotes a safe and healthy culture.
