Description Loader Operator We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader Operator to join our team, supporting the efficient and safe handling of precast products within our yard. This vital role ensures the smooth transportation of materials, contributing to the overall productivity and safety standards of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and buckets to transport precast products and materials within the yard and designated areas. Perform all job duties in strict accordance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures. Review work orders and production schedules to determine the appropriate handling and movement of materials. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring accuracy and safety during all handling processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and support production workflows. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and buckets. Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental policies related to heavy equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and operational guidelines. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience operating heavy machinery, with proven expertise in loader operation Proficiency in operating front-end loaders, including loader chains Ability to read and interpret logistical and loading drawings accurately Strong understanding of safe rigging and lifting practices Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude Physical ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods Capable of climbing in and out of heavy machinery repeatedly throughout the day Physical strength to lift and handle materials as required Our company values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
