Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment. Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures. Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs. Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach. Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders. Ability to work primarily outside, with exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather. EOE
