We are currently seeking a Loader/Operator for immediate hire at our Elizabethtown location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable loader operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience operating a wheel loader (required).
• Physical ability to:
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use hands and arms to operate tools and controls.
• Climb stairs/ladders and maintain balance.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Regularly lift/move objects weighing 50+ pounds.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

• Operate a wheel loader to fill material bins.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist the Plant Manager with concrete batching.
• Participate in end-of-day plant closing procedures.
• Create and organize concrete blocks and frames.
