Job Description
Location: Geraldton Port
Roster: 4 Days, 4 Nights, 4 Off
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Type: Full-time Permanent
We are looking for Front-End Loader Operators to join our Geraldton team on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves operating front-end wheel loaders to handle iron ore and other bulk commodities efficiently and safely.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Familiarity with shed maintenance, ore stockpile management, and remote site work.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to complying with Australian Federal Laws and Western Australia state laws and regulations.
  • Good record-keeping, which is essential for compliance purposes.
  • Ability to carry out routine maintenance to mobile plant, and report faults.
  • Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid and current Drivers Licence
  • Verification of competency (VOC) for Front-End Wheel Loader (FEL).
  • Relevant VOC’s for other machinery operations.
