Please note: This role is located at our Windfall pit outside of Whitecourt, Alberta. The successful candidate must live in the Whitecourt area in order to commute to work on daily.

• Safely operate and maintain Komatsu 600 and 420 loaders, ensuring top-notch performance and productivity.
• Participate in our Goal Zero safety program and continuously improve safety practices.
• Manage and organize material stockpiles, load/unload materials with precision, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and minor maintenance on equipment, contributing to a well-maintained work environment.
• Train and support less experienced team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
