The role We're seeking a skilled Loader Operator Trainer who is genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping operators build confidence, capability, and safe operating habits. Your day-to-day role will include: Training Delivery & Program Development - Deliver structured and engaging training programs for both new and experienced Loader Operators providing patient, hands-on coaching that supports operators with varying learning styles and experience Performance Monitoring & Skills Development - Review load data, compliance reports, and supervisor feedback to identify areas for development and maintain an up-to-date register of operator competencies, refresher needs, and progression pathways and develop coaching plans Compliance & Record Keeping - Accurately document all training sessions, assessments, and competency signoffs and keep training records up to date in Litmos and other relevant systems, ensuring all training aligns with WHS regulations and operational standards What you will bring Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - this is an essential minimum requirement Proven experience training, mentoring, or assessing loader operators Several years' experience operating loaders in mining or bulk logistics environments Confident in delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and practical training sessions Strong knowledge of load distribution, weight compliance, and safety protocols Ability to design, manage, and deliver structured training programs Capable of leading and supporting peer trainers across multiple sites Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills Sound like you?
