Familiar working in a fast-paced environment.
Shipping department is 24/7 (including weekends and statutory holidays), so hours will be varied from week-to-week. Department operates during the hours of 7am to 12am (midnight).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Factory experience? Awesome! If you’ve worked in a production setting before, that’s a big plus.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders in both cooler and freezer environments, making sure everything matches the pick label and is packed with care.
  • Stack boxes of all shapes and sizes onto skids — neat, safe, and secure is the name of the game.
  • Lift like a pro — up to 50 lbs — and stay active throughout your shift.
  • Keep it clean — tidy up spills, clear debris, and keep walkways safe and organized.
  • Perform daily safety checks on power carts or stackers and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Move pallets from the grading floor to the cooler with care to avoid breakage.
  • Coordinate inventory with the Cart Person and Cooler Rotation team — help place and rotate stock as needed.
  • Get trained on powered equipment — including pallet jacks and stackers — to safely load and unload trucks like a pro.
  • Be a team player — communicate clearly and help out wherever needed.
