We’re looking for a Loading Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders complete, safe, and on time.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be working in Distribution, responsible for carefully loading our delivery vehicles with the next day’s orders, following clear guidelines to ensure every item is double-checked for quality and packed to prevent damage in transit. What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Assistant

• Loading delivery vehicles accurately according to the manifest and in the correct order
• Ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe manner and that the product loaded is protected from damage while in Transit
• Performing a double-check for quality and completeness of all items
• Reporting any missing or damaged items immediately
• Report on any missing items found in the warehouse
• Strapping and protecting goods with blue foam to prevent damage during transport
• Picking & Packaging Trim to fulfil customer orders
• Loading crates and containers, and assisting customers with their collections
• Working to a timed loading schedule to meet tight deadlines
• Communicating effectively with your team and supervisor
