We are seeking a reliable Loading Dock Assistant/Store Assistant to join our team. Shift are mostly morning and every second Saturday off, no Sundays. As a Store Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at the loading dock.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving delivery goods from our suppliers
- Relocating all the delivery in the right location
- Keeping record of the delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in the coldroms, dry store and areas of interest
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
- Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Good attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
-forklift certification (preferred but not required, training may be provided)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.95 – $40.47 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
