FM Conway is looking to recruit a Loading Shovel Operative to join the Aggregate and Asphalt division based in Heathrow. The Loading Shovel Operative Role
As our Loading Shovel Operative you will be involved in a range of tasks relating to the manufacture of asphalt. Including production, dispatch and mobile plant operation.

• Operating the loading shovel and mobile plant equipment
• Assisting with the production of asphalt through the loading of materials into the asphalt plant
• Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance on all mobile plant as required, reporting any defects accurately and in a timely manner
• Carrying out daily housekeeping duties as required
• Following site health and safety procedures
