Description JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Loadout Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and filling haul trucks to the allotted weight with minimal supervision to support the overall operations of our organization. This role involves physical work, adaptability to different tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES System Operation:?Efficiently operate and maintain system used to track PO # and truck # of all incoming and outgoing trucks to ensure the smooth loading and transport of materials. Material Clean-up:?Ability to perform manual labor to clean-up overflow or spilled material using a shovel. Skilled Operation of Computers:?Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of computers, ensuring precision and completeness of all data entry into the system. Basic Math & Communication Skills:?Ability to do quick math, read scales, and communicate clearly and effectively with team members and drivers, adapting to the specific requirements of each task. Bilingual ability is a plus. Safety Compliance:?Always adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a secure working environment for yourself and others. Independent Operation:?Display the ability to operate independently without direct supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and safety PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Loadout Operator Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. PHYSICAL DEMANDS?& SENSORY REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. Comfortable working inside and sitting for long period of time
