We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Loan Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our loan officers and customers to ensure loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist loan officers with the preparation and processing of loan applications
  • Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers and third parties to obtain information or documents as needed
  • Answer customer inquiries in regards to current loans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files
  • Perform maintenance and servicing of loans on bank’s core system
  • Provide administrative support to loan officers as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus
