Join nbkc bank as a Loan Coordinator Manager, AVP 📍 Location: Kansas City, MO nbkc bank is hiring a Loan Coordinator Manager to lead our Loan Administration team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and lead a team supporting both commercial and consumer lending. This position is based in Kansas City, MO with our @Flex model offering a mix of in-office and remote work. What you’ll do · Lead and develop a team of Loan Coordinators, overseeing daily workflow and priorities · Manage commercial and consumer loan processing, closing, and review functions · Ensure loan documentation meets all regulatory and policy requirements · Partner with Lending, Credit, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and efficiency · Support complex transactions and resolve escalated operational issues · Oversee loan exceptions, collateral monitoring, and insurance processes · Manage construction loan draws, budgets, and disbursements · Coordinate Executive Loan Committee meetings and follow-ups · Support internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and remediation · Help implement new lending products, processes, and system improvements · Hire, coach, and develop team members, including performance management What you’ll bring · 5+ years of commercial and consumer loan administration experience · Prior leadership or supervisory experience · Strong understanding of lending regulations including CRA, HMDA, TRID, Regulation B, and Flood · Knowledge of consumer, commercial, and real estate loan requirements · High school diploma or GED required Bonus points if you have · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Project management experience · Ability to build relationships across teams · Excellent communication skills · Strong technical proficiency 📩 Ready to Apply?
