Description PSCU is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Administration Specialist you will be responsible for auditing consumer loan documents, ensuring compliance with polices and regulations, processing titles, and funding indirect auto loans. This position involves working with branches and dealerships, supporting loan servicing tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review consumer and indirect auto loan applications and closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulations Ensure all stipulations are met and loans are properly funded prior to disbursement Verify loan documentation including credit applications, purchase agreements, titles, insurance, and identification Process, track, and maintain Michigan vehicle titles using CVR and DDI Technology Monitor title timelines and ensure liens are placed accurately and timely Communicate with branches, underwriting, dealerships, dealer title clerks, and Secretary of State offices to resolve documentation or title issues Support Credit Solutions, Branches, and other internal teams with loan servicing needs Process basic lending transactions such as skip-a-pays, payment reversals, lien releases, loan coupons, and payment distributions Assist with reporting, clerical tasks, and cross-selling opportunities that support loan portfolio growth Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED; 1+ year in financial services (lending experience preferred) Strong knowledge of lending principles and regulations. Proficient in Office 365 and related software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
