We are seeking a Loan Administration Specialist to support our Lending and Collections teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring loans are properly documented, titles and liens are secured, insurance claims are processed accurately, and members receive timely support when they need it most. This is not just a back-office position. It is a high-impact role that connects lending operations, vehicle titles, insurance claims, and member service. Loan & Title Administration Verify and perfect liens on vehicle loans within required timeframes Review DMV documentation to ensure accuracy Document and file received titles Release titles promptly when loans are paid in full Insurance & Claims Processing File and follow up on credit life insurance, credit disability, GAP, and warranty refund claims Manage total loss claims and coordinate with members and vendors Order real estate appraisals and notify loan officers Collections & Compliance Support Handle incoming and outgoing tax levies Escalate complex or sensitive issues to management quickly Member & Internal Support Respond to member and staff questions related to titles, insurance claims, and loan servicing Maintain high quality standards on incoming calls Stay current on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements ________________________________________ What Makes You a Strong Fit You are detail-driven, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion. You likely bring: 1–3 years of experience in loan servicing, lending support, titles, insurance processing, or credit administration Strong knowledge of vehicle titles and liens Experience with credit life, disability, or GAP claims Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Sound judgment and ethical decision-making Comfort using database systems, Microsoft Word, and web-based tools An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work a flexible schedule to include various nights, weekends and holidays. May require some travel on an as needed basis. Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCA), state laws, and federal laws applying to collection activities. Working knowledge of finance issues regarding collections. One to three years of credit/collection experience. Knowledge of collection procedures, bankruptcy laws and real estate a plus.
