Responsibilities
  • Preparing various loan documents (business, dealer, consumer, commercial real estate).
  • Closing loans, disbursing proceeds, and filing legal documents.
  • Assisting customers with loan-related questions.
  • Maintaining customer and department records.
  • Handling phone calls and emails.
  • Processing note payments and updating computer information.
  • Checking credit applications and preparing loan denials.
  • Collecting financial information for loan processing.
  • Ordering necessary documents like flood determinations, title insurance, and credit reports.
  • Tracking documents to ensure timely loan closing.
  • Reviewing documentation for compliance.
  • Preparing loan extensions and modifications.
  • Mailing past due letters and satisfying loan exceptions.
  • Preparing documentation for the special asset committee.
