Job Title: Loan Coordinator Location: Hybrid Remote/Office - San Antonio, Tx  Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting LoanPeople’s San Antonio branch Loan Officers by ensuring quality, completeness, and accuracy of loan applications, handling sales calls, and assisting with document collection and review. Key Responsibilities * Field incoming calls from current clients and prospects looking for more information * Start all new customer files and maintain files for active loan transactions * Work with clients to obtain necessary documents including, but not limited to, signed disclosures, sales contract, income documentation, bank statements, REO documentation, survey, and insurance contact * Assist loan officer with reviewing loan documents and checking for any inaccuracies * Conduct comprehensive analysis of client financial/credit data, determining level of risk and matching customer needs with the appropriate loan program * Confirm LOS is accurate, and all necessary documentation is uploaded and labeled correctly * Assist with second lien submissions and approvals * Maintain effective communication with all necessary parties involved in a new loan application, including the customer, loan officer, processor, and realtor, to ensure a positive application experience * Consistently ensure loan compliance with mortgage lending laws and regulations * Cultivate productive relationships with clients, realtors, and title/escrow officers to increase profits and expand customer base * Provide customer service throughout the loan process, including post-closing Requirements: * At least 3 years mortgage experience, with knowledge of general mortgage policies and procedures * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat, navigating the internet, and generally tech savvy * Demonstrated track record of effective, proactive, and precise verbal and written communication * Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize, multi-task, manage time, and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Self starter willing to take initiative and be resourceful in identifying and owning issues and producing effective results * Exceptional customer service skills * Applicants must reside in the San Antonio area * Professional, friendly, courteous, positive, collaborative, and client-centric spirit that embraces diversity and inclusion How to Apply Interested applicants should apply at https://loanpeoplecareers.com [https://loanpeoplecareers.com/].
