Responsibilities
  • Collect and review all necessary documentation for Credit Card / Loan application.
  • Follow-Up And Monitor Sales and bank Pending Cases.
  • Prepare and maintain all documents for new CC and PL applications and submit to our affiliated banks after disbursal.
  • Conduct Call Verification for customers and employee verification for auto loans and credit card.
  • Submit files to the designated Underwriter of our affiliated banks.
  • Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
  • Follow-up with clients for any missing documents or application discrepancies.
  • Track Daily Performance for auto loans, personal loans and credit card operations.
  • Maintaining Monthly and Daily MIS For auto loans and personal loans.
  • Collection of processing fees and mortgage creation.
