Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is looking to hire a Loan Documentation Processor on the Closing and Funding Operations Fee Support Team as part of the Retail Fees service. If you thrive on delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing strong relationships with internal partners and customers, and working with strong organizational skills, we want to talk to you!
In this role you will:
- Covers job responsibilities for reviewing loan documents and/or requests related to fee allocation and/or principal reduction.
- Perform review and loan documentation on moderately complex requests.
- Process fee allocation/principal reduction requests to ensure fee accuracy on closing disclosure.
- Receive direction from Senior Escalations Representative, management and escalate non-routine questions.
- Manage shared mailbox oversight through peer collaboration.
- Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process.
Required Qualifications:
