Coordinates the preparation of loan/lease titles in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated time frames to secure our lien. Pull and review DMV inquires. Communication with staff, customers/clients, RAMS, dealers, DMV’s, legal, risk, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to perfect our lien.
