We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with current and prospective loan customers, making lending decisions, servicing loan portfolios, and supporting the location manager in growing and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess and manage risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with existing and potential loan customers to assess financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Make sound lending decisions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, review, and analyze loans and the financial condition of existing customers.
• Service a loan portfolio, including renewals, extensions, and collections.
• Inspect loan collateral such as equipment and real estate, and prepare written evaluation reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, and the public to ensure excellent service.
• Identify and cultivate new loan and deposit relationships.
• Assist the location manager with business development and operational support.
