REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior mortgage or lending experience preferred
• Preferred Experience with creative loans such as ( DSCR, Bank statement loans, ECT)
• Fluent in English. Spanish speaking is a bonus but not a requirement

• Manage client communication via calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Gather, review, and organize loan documents
• Assist borrowers with loan applications
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closings
• Maintain compliance and accurate records
• Submitting Commission Payouts
