JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Loan Officer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong financial sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of mortgage servicing and underwriting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial sales role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing, underwriting processes, and loan origination systems such as Quicken.
  • Proficient in basic math and 10 key typing for accurate data entry.
  • Knowledge of financial software and accounting practices relevant to the lending industry.
  • Ability to conduct thorough credit analysis and understand contracts related to loans.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements within the lending industry.
