REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ag Expertise: Strong background in agriculture with proven business development experience.
  • Credit & Underwriting: 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to cultivate strong connections with teammates, clients, and partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and explaining technology-driven products and services.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent, results-driven, and able to prioritize your sales execution day-to-day.
  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
