We are looking for a Loan Officer in the Netherlands (working from home and office) to join the CapitalBox Tribe. You will help to close the financing gap for small and medium-sized businesses by focusing on daily communication with the customers, offering solutions and closing the financing deals. REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience within a bank or fintech, preferably within SME lending
• Knowledge of SME lending products
• Excellent sales capabilities, ability to work with newest CRM systems
• Results-driven and self-motivated with a real passion to grow and succeed
• Fluent in Dutch and English both oral and written
• Positive mindset, proactive and enjoys working with people
• Excellent communication skills with a good mix of commercial insight and financial ‘know-how’
• Experience in taking the lead during discussions, negotiations and when closing deal.

• Growing Dutch loan book by closing inbound business loan applications
• Consistently following up on leads and maintaining a daily active pipeline
• Selling existing customers with new top up loans as well as additional products
• Retaining customers by contacting them, solving their open issues and proposing special individual offers
• Assisting client journey through the entire process down to disbursement of funds
• Negotiating with customers on payment terms, including but not limited to restructure proposals, collection procedures
• Making sure all calls and services are maintained following best in class customer expectation standards
• Ensuring collection of all needed customer documentation
• Proposing improvements to the company’s products and services, with customer needs and additional value in focus.
