Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Loan Officer to join our growing financial services team. This role can be fully remote or based in our Aliso Viejo, CA office. The ideal candidate is a licensed mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping clients secure the best loan solutions for their needs. We are looking for a driven, licensed Loan Officer to join our high-performing team in a consumer direct lending (CDL) model — where fresh, high-quality leads are fed to you daily. This is not a prospecting role; your focus will be on converting warm, ready-to-talk clients into closed loans.
New leads are provided daily. Required software, training, support and in-office equiptment supplied.
A strong understanding of FNMA guidelines, escrow procedures, and underwriting standards is essential. Candidates with licensure in five or more states are strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold an active NMLS license
  • Licensure in 5+ states strongly preferred
  • Driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively in an office environment
