JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our financial services team. REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of proven experience in financial services or related fields.
- Strong skills in credit analysis and financial sales.
- Proficiency in accounting software and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
- Experience using financial software tools such as Quicken is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
