What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build relationships with high-volume investors, developers, and builders in fast-moving markets.
  • Hunt for new borrowers through relentless cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Convert a constant stream of inbound leads into closed deals.
  • Drive loans to the finish line by coordinating with our processing team and managing documentation.
  • Leverage your real estate knowledge and sales skills to guide clients and close quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales (real estate or financial services preferred).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and competitive—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
  • Strong phone presence, networking ability, and comfort in a high-pressure, high-reward sales environment.
  • CRM proficiency and organizational skills to manage a busy pipeline.
  • Bilingual skills a major plus to connect with diverse clients.
  • No NMLS license required—we’ll help you hit the ground running fast.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
