Kumabe HR is partnering with a local financial institution to find capable Loan Operations Administrative Assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some knowledge or experience in banking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills to enable person to understand customer’s concerns
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills that will enable the completion of tasks on time even with interruptions
  • Performs with a sense of urgency to completion of task
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in typing, data entry, and xeroxing
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully
