The role

• Managing the operational administration of loans across the fund's portfolio.
• Setting up and maintaining new loan facilities within the firm's loan management system.
• Producing and maintaining loan schedules and repayment records.
• Monitoring drawdowns, interest accruals, fees, repayments and other loan related activity.
• Supporting portfolio reporting and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems.
• Reviewing existing loan and portfolio data and driving ongoing data quality improvements.
• Performing regular data cleansing, reconciliation and governance activities.

The requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in loan operations, private credit operations, middle office or credit administration.
• Experience working with loan-level data and operational management of debt portfolios.
• Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work.
• Comfortable working within loan management systems and operational platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, reliable and hands-on mindset.
