We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented individual who wants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for stability, professional growth, and a competitive compensation and benefits package. In this role, you will process a variety of commercial and consumer loan advance transactions, including revolving and committed lines of credit, as well as construction draws for both residential and commercial real estate projects. You’ll also be responsible for managing related documentation and coordinating with contractors, title companies, and internal teams. Your work will play a critical role in supporting the servicing of our loan portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial loan servicing experience required.
  • At least 2 years working with commercial loan documentation required.
  • Experience with construction loan servicing or related construction lending roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with FIS products a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of lending regulations (e.g., Reg Z, HMDA, CRA), legal loan documentation (Deeds of Trust, UCC filings, etc.) and lien perfection.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting complex legal and financial documents.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor shared Loan Advance email inboxes and respond to requests within established Service Level Agreements.
  • Process commercial line of credit advance requests in accordance with loan terms and bank policy.
  • Coordinate inspections, title endorsements, and due diligence for construction projects; track budgets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all loan and documentation requirements are met before advancing funds; track exceptions and manage final updates.
  • Communicate with Relationship Managers, Credit Team, borrowers, and Loan Operations to secure necessary approvals for funding.
  • Manage participation loan advance requests, ensuring all parties remain balanced pre- and post-transaction.
  • Process payments, perform reconciliations, and assist with ongoing servicing of active construction projects.
  • Support audit and exam preparation by compiling required documentation and reports.
  • Assist with imaging, loan review activities, and system record updates.
