A leading global financial services firm is looking to hire a Lending Operations Manager on a 14-month fixed-term contract.The role sits within a small Operations team and focuses on the operational management of loans and lending transactions, supporting a diverse investment portfolio across private credit, private equity and real estate.This is a hands-on operations role, providing oversight of a small team and working closely with the investment and deal teams. The successful candidate will take responsibility for keeping the day-to-day operation of the function running smoothly and managing the operational execution of transactions throughout their lifecycle.

• The role will involve:Assessing the operational requirements of new transactions and understanding any approval requirements
• Supporting transactions through execution, booking, ongoing management and closing
• Managing and maintaining transactions across LoanIQ and related platforms
• Ensuring transactions are accurately booked, recorded and managed
• Acting as an approver across the relevant operational processes
• Overseeing loan administration and maintaining accurate investment data
• Managing fees and related portfolio administration
• Working with cash/clearing and Finance teams as required
• Reviewing and interpreting credit agreements and other legal documentation
• Working closely with Investment, Legal, Credit, Finance, Tax and other specialist teams
• Liaising with external service providers where required
• Managing multiple transactions and competing priorities across the portfolio
