This role is ideal for someone with hands-on loan servicing experience who enjoys detail-oriented work, problem solving, and supporting both customers and internal teams. This position is based in our Minerva Corporate Office and offers a professional, supportive environment with opportunities for long-term growth. What You’ll Do Core Loan Operations & Servicing Support daily loan servicing operations by maintaining accurate loan and escrow records. Manage escrow accounts from origination through closing, including tax and insurance processing. Monitor new and existing escrow accounts for accuracy and completeness. Respond to customer inquiries related to loan servicing, escrow balances, taxes, and insurance. Perform loan file maintenance, scanning, and documentation management. Research and resolve issues related to loan data, payments, or account setup. Communicate regularly with Loan Servicing staff and branch personnel to resolve questions and ensure timely processing. Escrow, Insurance & PMI Administration Ensure timely disbursement of: Semi-annual real estate taxes Homeowners insurance premiums Process annual escrow analyses for fixed and variable rate loans. Process monthly remittance of PMI and credit insurance premiums. Monitor PMI-covered loans for required cancellations or borrower-requested terminations. Data, Reporting & Compliance Support Verify and maintain rate updates for Federal, FHLB, and Fixed Rate Equity loans. Conduct initial review of HMDA data for accuracy and completeness. Assist with timely annual HMDA-LAR submission. Support the Supervisor with preparation for internal audits and loan reviews. Requirements Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in a loan servicing, loan operations, or banking support role. Working knowledge of escrow administration, loan documentation, and servicing processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with HMDA data review or reporting. Familiarity with PMI, insurance tracking, and escrow analysis. Prior experience in a community bank environment.
